North Lakes Dog Park

Canine Campaign

The Denton Parks Foundation is proud to support the Denton Parks and Recreation Department’s development of the new North Lakes Dog Park.

Denton’s second dog park will be a place for both people and canines to socialize and exercise, it will support the McNatt Animal Care and Adoption Center programs, and be a place for community art integration with the efforts of the Public Art Committee.

We can’t do this alone and need your help to transform the 3.65 acres of open space to a community center of activities — a place where dog lovers are inspired to engage, interact, and exercise with their neighbors and friends, including man’s best friend.

Our goal is to raise $200,000.

Help fund the North Lakes Dog Park as well as provide additional amenities and ongoing maintenance to both of Denton's dog parks.

Funding will reduce the overall cost to taxpayers, help phase in enhancements to the dog park experience, and build and maintain a safe and fun environment for people and puppies to play.
